Murray Motive and Pat and Chris and their Staff are Phenomenal. We have been taking ALL our Cars/Vehicles here for Years and we NEVER have a problem. They don't over sell you or Gouge you on the Price. I Respect them for being Honorable when some past places I have been were not and overcharged me for stuff I found out later did not need. I would HIGHLY Recommend anyone and everyone to come here. They are Extremely Professional/Clean/Prompt and Caring. We have 3 Teens living with us and all our cars go to Murray. I even paid extra on my AAA Membership for the 100 Mile Towing in case we break down so it will be towed to MURRAY MOTIVE ONLY. If I'm over 100 miles away.. well I'm in trouble. Lol.. No but seriously I Greatly Appreciate their team work and fixing my issues with Confidence. I recently drove to Biloxi Mississippi with my Daughter and I knew I would not have any car issues because I always have Murray Motive check everything before I go. Some people were like you should rent a car and use their mileage. I'm like Nope.. I trust and know my car and Respect my car and take amazing care of my car. I drove with 100% comfortability that my car would protect me. Lol.. My Motto is: If you take care of your car..it will take care of you. I’ve been there several times an been treated with the up most respect by the owner and the rest of the staff that really know what their doing. You can be sure it well get done right and faster than you think possible. Very friendly to answer all questions there or on the phone. Murray motive has the absolute best service out there. The part that needed to be replaced in our truck, required complete removal of the dash. The part was replaced and the dash put back together in two days and we now have a/c. Thank you for the great customer service and an excellent job done!
